When life gives you lemons… make a t-shirt!

You know how the old saying goes, “If life gives you lemons, make lemonade.”  For Five Solas Media in 2020 and 2021, we have not had the opportunity to do what we enjoy best, which is make short films sharing church history and the gospel.  

Currently, our film location is closed to the public, so we are waiting patiently.  We have been given opportunity in the past year and a half to set up a nonprofit business, slowly but surely and we are so thankful for these “lemons” that we have been given.  

We desired one of the products of this nonprofit to be a t-shirt that we could give away with a donation of $25 or more.  The t-shirt was inspired by one of our original stickers we designed that listed the Five Solas in English and the “Ampersand T-shirts”  (Ampersand is the name of the “&” sign) of all different kinds we saw people wearing here and there.  We thought that listing the Five Solas (in English) on a T-shirt in this familiar way would be a good gospel tool that people could wear!

We hope to continue to find ways to make lemonade in these strange times!  May God continue to give us creativity and wisdom to come up with ways we can share the gospel and church history in these days where these stories really do need to be told!  Two ideas that we are currently developing at this moment is a reformation devotional and a episodic podcast to be enjoyed by all ages.  Please keep up in prayer!
